Worst service

Cancelled an order on 09December 2024. I was told it will take 7-14days to get the money back. 14 days ( excluding weekends and holidays) passed nothing. The manager who processed my cancellation is not at work. We will call you in the afternoon as she is coming in later. I dont get a call, I decide to call. They tell me the manager is not coming back anymore only coming back on the 7th. After asking for another option, they say they wil look for my portal (ID) number on the system so I can phone customer care as they cant hep.me. They will call me back again. No call again , I phone more than an hour later they are trying another manager at another store to assist. I ask for the person's detailes so that I know who is the manager dealing with the matter. Answer is no she cant give me the name. Why is that. Will never make a mistake and buy from them.
