Worst service @ Rochester Mall@Carnival

We bought a couch from the Mall@Carnival store (Rochester) ±and we were told it was damaged on the warehouse hence they can't deliver. We then requested a refund, since the 12th of September 2022 when I sent the relevant documentation I haven't received my money back. The sales person is giving us the run arounds with our money, this is totally unacceptable. It's been 4 weeks today!
