Worst service and furniture ever

Worst service and furniture ever still struggling to get our mattress that is still under warranty fixed got a message that JD Service Centre will replace just phoned The Grove Mall and Paulina said the call centre will call us back they are busy with a backlog. Because they sell expensive **** to people. Luckily I'm getting my couches money back today, what a nightmare the past 2 weeks, trusted them again and bought Pemba couches and what a disaster all the 4x couches was damages very bad experience ever... will never in my whole life go into a Rochester ever again
