Worst online merchant. Refuse to refund

I placed an order accidently at this group( because they just override all other online furniture sites and before you know you clicked on their products) I cancelled immediately 11 Jan. No sms no mails on order nothing was ever send acknowledged my order either. I battled for 2 hours and eventually got a order nr to cancel. ***. I send my banking details and today was day 11 of their 7 working days and still no refund of my R8000 plus. I tried calling no response wait the time out. Cathy Mbatha attended to me but she seldom response to mails and then it is " wait 7 to 10 days."
