Worst Manager and service

Rochester Klerksdorp is ***********. Lizette the manager needs to be fired for not knowing how to do her job and compulsive lying. I bought a Paradice lounge set worth R32500.00 and after getting the delivery date wrong 10 times, the actual delivery took place after 17:30, we asked for delivery between 10:00am and 13:00pm. She then said she will find out exactly how late my delivery would be and half an hour later after no feedback I discovered she decided to go on lunch rather than sort out my problem. After the delivery vehicle left i was left with a big oil stain in my driveway and still no feedback from the manager in question. Do not support this Rochester franchise they are the worst and compulsively lying
