Worst Furniture Store EVER!

I bought a TV unit and side table from this company at the kolonnade retail park branch in 2018 on credit, i took the account with insurance. A year later after being retrenched i submitted my documents for the insurance to pay up the remaining amount and close the account, I called in at the store to enquire about claiming from insurance and the referred me to headoffice and the office said i can submit my claims documents at any branch. I submitted my documents at the wonderpark branch and after a year of back n forth with the store i started getting calls of the same account. Fast forward to 2021 my account has been handed over to legal company who have been harrasing me after making an arrangement with them to pay up the account since it was never closed, that legal company’s has not been debiting and i send them many emails asking for a settlement amount to settle and close the account, I never received a settlement amount and now 2022 my account has been handed over to a different legal company who are also harassing me every single day since the year has begun and once again i have asked for a settlement amount and nothing is being done about it.
