Worst furniture quality

Bought Charlie 3 Seater couch 3 March 2022 and now the wood that supports the leg is broken just a year having the couch. I went to report it on 23 march am told warranty just expired they can't fix it. The quality from this shop is cheap but expensive furniture. I feel my money went to a waste.
