Worst furniture company service

Worst service! I got 2 text messages saying that my sofa will be delivered 21.12.2020. The sofa did not get delivered and I contacted Rochester company. The company told me that they will get in touch with the delivery company- which they didn’t. A day later I contact them again asking if there has been any update... they told me they got told by their planning department that they are out of stock and will inform me when they have new stock. How does that work? Tell you your sofa will get delivered on 21.12.2020 and then 2 days later say they are out of stock? Very bad communication and management! Very disappointed and will never use them again. Staff is useless!
