Worst ever Service

Worst ever service I've received from Rochester and I've dealt with them before. Bought a dining room suite, but had to send table back twice as it was damaged or holes to attached legs to table didn't match. I was informed that theses tables are giving problems and were being recalled. I then bought another table from Rochester, only to still be waiting after a week and half battling to get my order delivered. My calls and emails are not being returned and when you call the JD group the Rochester people don't answer their phones. Finance needs to transfer money to the new order as I had to pay in on the new table and after 2 1/2 days this isn't even done. Will I get my delivery soon?????

This will be my last transaction with Rochester and will advise people to rather shop elsewhere where people still take pride in customer service.
