WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ROCHESTER

I received such terrible customer service at Rochester PE, did a laybuy for couches over 2months which my last payment was on the 26 June which I also paid delivery at the branch. I asked for a delivery date which i was told it will take 3-4 days but nothing no communication nor anything until I went to the store Friday, Saturday and Monday asking them what was going on until one guy who was not my sale person assisted me because that lady who was assisting was useless. I finally received a message for delivery on Friday the 7th but no calls until I received a 2nd sms saying they are delivering the couch waited the whole day they arrived in the afternoon yet I had asked them what time atleast. The couches were delivered ooops again they had delivered two left side of the couch the L shape doesn't join. What the hell is this how do you make someone wait for 2weeks and deliver something wrong. Going forward I told them to exchange the couch but I will not release these couches and no communication I am the one calling and asking and yesterday in the 13 I got a missed call I assume it was them early morning around 7am. I actually didn't understand who calls so early in the morning. Otherwise I had to callback myself today and they were busy telling me that they had put on the system exchange for a whole week and it's their fault this is not my error nor anything. Imagine 3weeks full struggling this is not worth my energy I told them that they should just do my refund because seemly they don't care about their customers. I'm so disappointed with the service it's actually disgusting never ever will I ever buy anything from you.
