WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

I don't even want to give 1 star, because they don't deserve it. This has been the WORST experience and service that I have ever received from any company. I have placed a BIG order in February, and received the furniture in 2 different deliveries (problem 1), but the colour of the bed set didn't match and the TV unit had a dent in it. The delivery guy said that I should go into the specific store where I placed the order (Rochester Bedworth Centre, Vereeniging) to log a complaint and they will replace it for me. It's been 2 months now, with endless phone calls and store visits and the only thing I am told is that they are waiting for stock. I have been told multiple times that they will deliver on a certain date, I wait at home, arrange delivery, change plans, cancels plans, take off from work, just for Rochester to NOT SHOW UP! This is really the WORST customer service ever!
