Worst customer service ever.

Been trying to sort out my account for the last 2 months. Tried phoning, whatsapp and mail. When i finally got through to somebody on Whatsapp I was told they can help and that I should phone the accounts department, I told the person on the other side that im not getting any answer on any phone number. I was then told to send a mail. I have been sending multiple mails without response.

The couch I bought started sagging after 6 months, I reached out to Rochester to Log a Repair. What a joke that experience was. Sitting on a sagging couch is less of a pain than dealing with the incompetence.

Wont recommend ever doing business with them.
