Worst Customer Service!!!

Worst communication ever! Was promised a delivery for today but only got told today that apparently they do not deliver to my location. Was also casually told that that tracking number I received will not work, I have to call in instead. Today the day of delivery, I am assigned another order number! No proper customer service, would not recommend.
