Worst after sale service

Worst service. Made a purchase on Saturday, the staff said delivery would take place on Monday, however I received and SMS indicating that delivery would take place on a Tuesday contrary to what I was told when I bought the goods. When I called the head office ,head office said I must call the branch. I then called the branch and said they'd get back to me and they never did until I had to make another call in the afternoon, also the lady said they'd call back and I eventually got a call from the store manger saying the staff that told me about Monday delivery is not there and so she can't help me. No apology for the confusion and inconvenience caused. Now I had to skip work for another day for them to deliver. Just sheer arrogance from the store manager, she lacks customer service.
