WORSE SERVICE FROM ROCHESTER

I cant even Rate them i have complained no one listens to me. Can someone help me to get this review to the Director or owner of Rochester. i have received the worst services ever. I have received the incorrect table delivered to my house 3 times. 1 of which the sent me a cracked table. after a cash purchase 3 months later i do not have a table. This is the worst company every their service is disgusting.

I wish this could reach the news papers. I want my money back and you can fetch your low quality chairs and you can keep your table.

As for Helen and Joseph from Maponya Rochester thanks for nothing no help at at. Kenneth in head office i don't understand how you have the position as the manager there you are useless you don't know a thing about client service.

Please escalate my complaint.
