Worse service from Rochester

Hi

I bought the Bexley suit 2 months ago. Since i bought it, the wrong table and chairs were delivered. They collected it and and delivered the correct chairs and table the next day. We do not sit on the dinning table every night. The 1st time we sat at the table 2 weeks after it was delivered we discovered a crack on the table. It has almost been 2 months now we still don't have our table.

Please can someone in higher powers at Rochester get back to us we are tired of dealing with your staff who cant assist me.

This big sale you guys were having was a **** selling furniture of low quality and the service was horrible. I expected Rochester would be of high quality but i guess I was fooled.

Please come and collect the chairs you can keep the table and I want my money back.
