Worse Delivery System

I am very disappointed and angered by the fact that I paid for my item on Thursday 26/10/2017 and until today I haven't received delivery. They are the one's who called to let me know that my item is available at their warehouse and I was expecting delivery on Saturday. This is not my first complaint about the delivery system from Rochester, this lets me to believe that they are less bothered about it. They might have great furniture but they are not the only furniture store available. To hell with your store I say :(....
