Woodmead Rochester customer service is really bad

<p>Hi Peter and the rest of the world, almost 6 weeks ago my partner and I bought furniture worth 40 000 rands cash at the Rochester furniture shop in Woodmead. We have not received our furniture and we've never been treated like paying customers. In this six weeks we've had to call in and check the progress ourselves, our sales agent Loyd Sibanda never makes first contact even though we are waiting on their issues. A month is a long time to wait for something you've paid for and as for waiting while dealing with people who do not care is even worse.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks for your time Peter and I hope this helps.</p>
