Without lounge set for 3 months!

This review is about Rochester in the Cornubia Mall, if it were possible to give anything less than 1 star I would. I am beyond disappointed in the service provided. I purchased my lounge set in 2019, within the warranty period we had issues with the set which were solved after much begging and pleading, within the last year we've had more problems with the set and it was taken back in the first week of June 2021, we call, go in store and follow up and we get no joy from someone telling us that they don't know when they'll be able to give me a date that we can get the set. I am furious, my family has been using camp chairs and plastic chairs for 3 months. This is unacceptable, as there is a set in store, I have offered to even provide my own transport to fetch it but all I get is more excuses as to why that's not possible. I want to speak to a regional manager or someone who can give me answers or I WILL be contacting the ombud.
