Where can I start, Bad service, Bad everything, No delivery, No body Knows, No Idea, ****!!!!

We were greeted by the sales person like all sales people are trying to make target etc. and we also liked the couches we wanted to buy, we shopped around and found a good price at Rochester" house of no idea what's going on" none the less we did not know of their poor service, the sales person made his sale and we bought the couches and asked to only be delivered in the following year 2018, the sales person said that is no problem, we kept all the slips etc. so that we have proof of everything, well now its time to get delivery, no follow-up phone call was made nothing " the sales person made his sale and does not give a damn" so I phoned the branch and asked can we please book delivery at my new house because I am moving in, then no one could assist me or know where the couches are, I was shocked we paid a fortune and get this **** service, then after 2 days we found out that the sales person is on leave and he placed the order wrong and did not organise for any stock "couches" to be kept aside after purchasing the product, he made mistakes that was the response from the manager, I said okay but this is not my problem you are making your problems mine and this is not acceptable, after a week of following up everyday and asking where the stock is another sales person said they can not allocate the funds for the sale" so they are steeling or that is my thought" again not my problem to make your internal procedures a customers problem utterly **** answer. today on 2018/02/08 they said sorry we don't know where your couches are and all deliveries is postponed because of stock take, again internal house problems that the customer is sitting with the issues, I am furious no ONE should ever buy from this place I cannot believe of the *********** staff and managers and can not even organise a simple delivery, I am the customer I paid for my couches and nothing to be delivered.

I hope I get a response soon or I am going to the police and starting a law suite against this Rochester" house of nothing" place.
