What can i Do? Bought furniture @ Rochester & not happy.

I urgently need assistance regarding 6 dining room chairs that I purchased from Rochester Furniture in Woodmead.

when i initially bought the Apollo chairs in August 2016, i spoke to Aldred, Salesman @ Rochester, who showed me what the finish product would look like, by showing me the Savannah Chairs, as the Apollo wasn’t on the floor for me to see what it looked like exactly. and said that it would look exactly like the Savannah chairs. I ordered and paid the deposit. when i received the chairs in September, the chairs looked nothing like i was shown and told it would look like. Furthermore, the quality of the chairs wasn't up to standard and there was joins and dents in the chairs. i emailed the store (Greg Furno & Loyd Sibanda) the following day but i received no response. I took up the matter again in January 2017 and after several phone calls and emails, I spoke to Loyd who asked me to fill out a Service Form which i did and sent back to him. They sent out the inspectors, who inspected the chairs in January 2017. Again, no one got back to me regarding the inspection and i sent Loyd emails again asking for feedback. He told me to speak to the Service Department. After emails, countless number of calls to the Service Department, i couldn't get thru, only to be told that there's a problem with their lines. I eventually got thru to the store manager (Ejan) who told me he will speak to the service department. I waited a few days and called him again. This time he told me he spoke to the Service Department and that they are looking into it. I asked for the name of the person and he told me her name was Kim. I called Kim and she didn't have a clue what I was talking about and said that he never contacted her. Anyway, i told her i will email her all the details and she will try and assist. Again, i waited a few days and sent her an email about an update on my query. She said to give her some time to sort out this problem before I decided to cancel the chairs. In the interim, Loyd called me and offered a alternative to cancelling the chairs, which was to swop them for other chairs, but he told me that i might be charged a usage fee, which he confirmed i will have to in his follow up call to me, which was 5% off what i paid for the chairs. but i sent them an email and requested for a refund as i wasn't satisfied with the quality of the chairs, the service from Rochester & the fact that the chairs weren't what i thought it was going to look like. i sent Kim an email and she said that my request has been sent to the Branch as she had no control over refunds. Again, I haven't had any response from them despite several emails requesting feedback. Considering the amount i spent with Rochester (R25K) in total as i purchased a table as well, they could at least get back to me. The chairs cost R14 970. But they choose to ignore me. I initially wanted a refund & received a cancellation request form which states that I have to pay a cancellation fee, a delivery fee, & a collection fee which will be deducted from my deposit and if the cancellation fee exceeds my deposit, I have to pay a shortfall. Although the chairs were specially made, the chairs also have a quality issue, so how do I resolve this as it involves both quality and an order specific? I don’t have any money to pay these fees & I’m stuck with chairs that I’m not happy with.

Please can someone help me.
