What a refreshing experience

In December I wrote a complaint about the horrible experience I had at Wonderpark branch and I ended up cancelling even the order. Because of how much I fell in love with those newton chairs I couldn't find anything that came close to them, so I just took a chance and called Rochester Zambezi to see if I could track what had happened to those chairs. I spoke to a lady by the name of Margaret Pienaar and what a refreshing attitude and this was a delight given my previous experience with the other branch. From the first time we spoke she was was friendly, polite, empathetic and she promised to turn the whole experience around. Even though at the time she didn't know whether we would be able to locate the order she assured me of her best service. She kept me informed every step of the way, there was never a time where I had to call her to follow up until the order was ready for collection. Yesterday was the first time I met Margaret to collect the chairs and to think this person delivered such excellent service without having even met me...everything went so smooth. The whole experience was just exceptional. Thank you Margaret and the Zambesi branch.
