We purchased couches from Rochester Fourways Crossing on Monday, the 17 Feb 2025 &promised delivery on the 20 Feb 2025.Phoned to confirm the delivery was scheduled for the day & it didn't happen.We waited for the following day &were told that the delivery would happen.They delivered the incorrect couch.Contacted the store immediately & we have STILL not received our couches &are still waiting for the collection of incorrect couches from our home.Any promises made have not been met. We are bitterly disappointed with the terrible service received from the Rochester team. We are still waiting for the call back from the upper management that we were promised.
