Warranty lies

Does Rochester have a warranty. I am left scratching my head in surprise. Last year we bought sofas from Rochester witbank. We were told there is a warranty on these sofas but when we had problems it’s been one excuse after the other. One of the excuses has been I must come and pick the sales consultant from the store so he can come and try fix the problem ?.I have been to the store 4 times and even the manager **** to my face and told me she had booked someone to come and look at the problem. It’s been 6months now with a broken sofa that has a warranty. Leaves me to wonder if there is a warranty for real @ Rochester. Should I take this sofa back for a full refund because they **** to me .
