WARNING: NEVER BUY FROM ROCHESTER HOME DECOR

I bought a couch and two chairs on the 21st November 2015. The couch was delivered 2 weeks later but until now they have still not delivered the chairs. I was **** to and told they would take 10 more days, so I gave them 10 more days. Monday 15th February 2016 was the tenth day, after not getting delivery I phoned them and told them I wanted to cancel the whole order and want my money back and they can collect the couch. <br> <br> After another two days they now come back to me and tell me I will HAVE to PAY a CANCELLATION FEE PLUS R100 for very day that we have had the couch.<br> <br> I'm not kidding people - that was their response, I only wish it was a joke! Yes you heard right, instead of calling the whole debacle quits and not incurring the wrath of a very angry customer they chose to rather be a bunch of a$$holes. <br> <br> Wow well done Rochester you have guts to rather tarnish your good name than to do the honorable thing.<br> <br> Hats off to you, welcome to the world of social media.<br> Good luck!
