Waiting for my refund

Rochester Klerksdorp have bad service and give client false information, on the 07 July i finished paying my layby, from then i never received any info when delivery will be made and kept on calling almost everytime to follow up on my delivery and everyday i will get different stories until last week tuesday 20 july when i went to the shop and told them i want my refund,i was told the refund will be loaded on the system on friday when i called the refund was not loaded on the system, on 23Saturday when i called i was told the refund is loaded and headoffice will refund me on the 28th july i called Rochester finance to found out if my refund show on the system but there was no refund showing on my name, i called Rochester Klerksdorp to find out what is going on they told my refund is cancelled for what reason only they know i asked to speak to the area manager they told me she is not available and they are not allowed to give me the contact numbers.
