Waiting for delivery forever!!!

Rochester Witbank branch is the worst🤬, we bought a tv stand on laybuy and paid them off on the 01-09-2023. They sent a message that they will deliver the stand on Monday the 4th of September 2023, please tell me why today it’s Wednesday and the stand is not here till now!!!

Their service is slow and unpleasant, there’s no communication from their side whatsoever. When we called them to enquire about the delivery which by the way we paid for they told us that we should call the following day to lay a complaint, which we did on Tuesday! Yet here we are still waiting for the damn thing to arrive.

It’s really an inconvenience for me especially since i have to sit in the house and not attend to my business because I’m waiting for them!

Rochester Witbank do better!!!
