Victim of theft

I want to share how I have been a victim of Rochester.
I purchased furniture there, and I paid in installments. As we were about to reach the end of the term, I notified the manager that, we were moving places so I would alert him when and where to deliver.
We communicated via the phone and also via email. He had agreed that he would keep the merchandise for me and also told him that I would require more furniture from him as we were moving into a new house.

To to my surprise, yesterday (18/03) I went to the store, to ask them to deliver. The current manager told me that what I purchased was no longer available on the floor but when I purchased, not all of the items that were on the floor, and I was ok with that. I trusted the salesman description of the othe items. So he told me that I would not be getting anything no furniture and no reimbur*****t for the money that I had paid. In total I had paid R17 000 plus. I have all invoices. Honestly would I be just giving away that much to them, instead of investing elsewhere, where I would have gotten returns on my investment.

A colleague of mine told me they bought a leather couch at their Woodmead branch and later discovered that it had a dent on it. After notifying them, they did not want to exchange it and were defensive about the issue. I should have known their tactics.

I am very disappointed with the way they operate.
Please assist me, a victim of theft!!!
