VERY VERY VERY !!!!!!!! Bad Service

I opened a laybye account with Rochester last year December 2019 only to be told that the couch that I laybed has been discontinued, I was told to call Rochester online, so I opted to do so on the 5th June 2020 and till to date I haven't been assisted for refund or store voucher.
