Very unsatisfied client will never buy from them again

We bought a lounge sweet in Dec 19 from them it was deliver the following day we went on holiday when we came back we found that the set was loose at the back of the 2 seater and the 3 seater well you can see from the front too the back, we ask them to exhanched it . The only came and pick it up beginning of August 2020 no response from them yet dont know when I will get it back I am very very dissatisfied we paid cash so now they just dont care
