Very poor service from Rochester!

I have sent a complaint to Rochester (Mall@Carnival) over two weeks ago now regarding a faulty bed that I purchased at the shop. The top assembly joints of the bed are not aligning. The bed is only fastened using the bottom joints only. The bed is so uncomfortable to sleep on. This is a very poor service I'm receiving from the shop. I had intended on purchasing another bedroom suite, but with this kind of service I'd rather go elsewhere. I'm very much disappointed! Even today they haven't gotten back to me. Poor service!!!
