VERY DISAPPOINTED

I am greatly inconvenience by Rochester Hemingways, East London. I bought a couch 21 June 2024 Oakland 5-piece couch. I logged a complaint that the wedge head rest was not lifting, the console was faulty, and the day bed was uneven. It took about two weeks for the couch to be collected for assessment. Now it is almost a week, and I don't have a couch at my house and there is no clear direction from the store. When I call the warehouse, I am informed that the supplier must give direction. I didn't buy the couch from the supplier, and I do not have dealings with the supplier. Rochester must deal with supplier without inconveniencing me as the consumer and this unfair and unprofessional. I regret choosing to buy couch from Rochester, I paid full R39 999.00 price for couch now I am being set from pillar to post. I want a replacement of the defective couch. Slip ID: ***.
