Very bad service

I went to Rochester polokwane shop which is on corner market street & hospital street game center, early December last year, I bought couches which I paid half the money on the day of the purchase and I was to pay the balance after, then on the 4th of January I went back to pay the balance, to my surprise the couches were no longer available they said they were sold out and I was never informed that the couches i purchased was being sold, they agreed to refund me the money that I have already paid for the couches but until now they have not paid me my money back, I keep on going to their shop to enquire why is taking long but they keep on promising to pay within a week but they are failing as it has been a month of empty promises and I am the one to follow up on the matter while on their side is quiet. I am so disappointed with their service.
