Very bad customer service

I bought a bed (Mariposa bed) from Rochester at Festival mall in Kempton about a year ago. The bed is broken and still under warranty.

I reported the matter and was given a whatsapp number to send pictures.

I now have an issue with a sales representative by the name of "Pauline Komane". She is so unprofessional. I sent a text message on 09/10/2023 inquiring if the ticket is logged and what is is the reference number. She then sends me a voice note telling me that she is not at work and I should relax and should take this slowly. You can tell how annoyed she was with the last remarks she made.

I am done buying from this Store because of their unprofessional stuff. They make you feel that you are at their mercy after sales in done. Your matter is of less importance to them.
