Very Bad Customer Service

I got very bad attitude and terrible customer care at Reds Mall Rochester Store, when I returned a d?cor item that was packaged badly. I purchased some d?cor items, including a pineapple like coffee table centre piece made of porcelain that what wrapped and packed with other things in the plastic. when I got home and unpacked the packages the pieces of the porcelain centre piece were broken. When I took the item back to Rochester I was told that it's not their problem, I should go and glue the centre piece back together. The guy I dealt with was not apologetic about it and told me that they cannot be held responsible if their staff member packaged the item badly. He was so rude and told me that he has no time to deal with me, I must just go and glue the item back together. I have never seen such bad after sale customer service, with no sense of concern of a customer, after I have spent over R55k at the shop. I wouldn't refer anybody to the Rochester store. ever.
