Very bad after service

The purchasing service was great. when they delivered the sitting room set, I showed them a dent in the one chair and when everything was assembled, we tested the chairs that kick out, and the one chair did not kick out as easy as the others did. they told us it was just because it was new, but the others where fine. after a month we phoned the store and reported the faulty chair and then they kept on asking for photos and we even sent videos of the difference between how the chairs kicked out. a month has passed and after many follow ups we still have not heard from them. I suggest that everyone test the chairs and if it is faulty refuse to accept deliverance. because to get them to replace the faulty product does not happen.
