Vancouver lounge suite poor quality

On the 14th of may 2015 Vancouver lounge suit was delivered at my home. All seems ok. On the 29th may 2015 I realised that the leather on the side of the couch had started to split. <br> On the day of purchase I was granted a 5year guarantee and was also assured this was 100% genuine leather, to my surprise when the material started to split it does not look like leather at all.<br> I have paid R 34 490.00 cash to receive such poor quality couches.<br> I have since reported the matter to Rochester Witbank on the 29th 05 2015 till this day I have not received any positive feed back.<br> I want Rochester to refund me the entire R 34 490.00 if they are failing to deliver good quality couches as advertised.
