Utterly Pathetic Products and Service from the worst Furniture Store EVER!!! Rochester!!!!

I have received the most pathethic, or nor service at all from this most horrible furniture store!!! I purchased my lounge in July 2019. Its been returned and replaced 3 x within 6 months!!! Then the workmanship was terrible and pathethic, I asked them to fetch it again in July this year! Guess what??? I still dont have my dam replacement lounge!!! I have moved houses and sitting on a floor, after having arranged a delivery date with them ETC. The shocking part is that no one ****** seems to know what the hell is going on and all they do is escalate by typing notes when you call in!!! You guys are utterly shocking!!!!

I just want someone at Rochester helps me find out when I will be receiving delivery of my lounge suite!!!

I am at my wits end with you people and this is utterly ridiculous. I'm on the verge of going to the consumer council. My issues are going on for more than 14 months and I'm dam livid.

Go look at the above reference no. You will see how long this bull**** has been going on. Your staff is *********** and clearly cannot dam read!!!

My matter has been escalated over 50 times now and no one has bothered to get back to me!!!

I just want my lounge!!! That's freaking all!!!
