UTTER UTTER TRASH CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING AT ROCHESTER

Come collect your broken loft bed frame. I'm highly disappointed in your costomer services , it's been 5 months since I reported that the loft bed frame had broken and I needed assistance. You refer me from pillar to post. My complaint has fallen on deaf ears, and it seems Rochester is buying time so the warranty can lapse. Need I add that the complaint was made way before lock down and the branches have been operating for some time now but still I got no true answers. Instead I have to keep on calling every day and still to no avail, I have yet to receive an amecable response.
