Unsatisfied Customer

Services I got there is unpleasant and not happy at all. I bought sitting room set for R45K last year July 2020. This year I experience some faulty on the 3x3 seat. I report the matter on 19 August 2021. Till today no one from the store or warehouse bother to call me just to inform me what is the fuss. I made some calls always told the matter has been excalated. It's now a week and 2 days no call or any information from Rochester Wonder Park.
