Unsatisfactory all round service.

I am utterly disappointing by the service levels i Have thus far received ever since making a purchase. firstly I was misled into buying a product that was currently on sale at the original price without having been advised the product was on sale.

Secondly their dispute department failed to assist me in upon raising my grievances with them and advised there is nothing they can do for me then hung up.

3rd upon receiving delivery of the purchased item, I come to the realisation that it has defects on it, after having paid exorbitant monies one is still subjected to such mediocre furniture.

I have since called to advise of the product status and no one has contacted me to arrange for any anything.

This is by far the most inferior and misleading encounter I have had in retail.
