Unreliable and after sales is very poor. I am still waiting for my stock and it has been more than 15 days

I paid for a couch on the 12th of August and I still haven't received my stock. there has been back and forth with emails and no one is available from the entire organisation to answer their phones. Yesterday I received only one part of the couch and I was told the warehouse made a mistake. They promised to deliver today and as expected no one is available to answer their phones and I have not received any update from them. The guy that delivered and my stock is literally rejecting my calls.
