Unreliable!

Quick to sell, but terrible after sales service. Not returning calls, useless call center, thriving on holding replies, reneging on warranty promises, blaming suppliers and so forth. Believe me I have given them every opportunity to come clean. I will definitely not deal with them again and I will caution any any and all to take extra care in dealing with this slippery bunch.
