Unprofessionalism and lack of customer service from Rochester

I bought furniture last year and paid it off,before the term of the contract. One of the couches the stitches came off and I reported at the Klerkadorp beach where I bought it,and the were all nice and helpful.Until they started telling me that the supplier is saying it's customer neglect and quoted around R1800 for repairs. I told them it poor workmanship and I didn't do anything to damage the couch,out of all the items I bought why would I intentionally damage it? I struggled from pillar to post just to get the correct complaint platform,as the store did not want to assist. Ultimately I complained at their head office and they advice me to talk to the regional manager,of which the store manager didn't want to provide me with contact details,she said she will forward the emails to her.She then gave me the email address and I sent through all the complaints.I received a call from the Regional manager and she said she will look into the matter,especially the high amount of the quotation and she will get back to me as soon as she has any updates.Weeks have gone by and nothing from her,now this morning(28/02/2019) the store manager calls,and tells me it's either I pay or they return the item not repaired. Oh!before I forget they broke the leg of the couch on collection and saying they found it like that,the very couch they had to call me from work when they collected cause they couldn't tell which one had faults!!! They didn't leave a collection note to show how dubious they are cause I would have seen that they wrote what wasn't true Rochester is the worst company I have dealt with and the store manager has the nerve of having a tone of a non caring and not willing to listen attitude. I spend plus 20 thousand rand in that place and they thank me with a plate of something I can't say. If looking to buy furniture stay away from Rochester they are a bunch of ****s,pretending to be professionals.The quote is half the amount of what I paid for the couch,day light ******* for something I didn't even damage. Whoelse can I report the matter to as I'm honestly not happy with this matter. Did I mention I'm on vacation and I receive shuch a call,that messes with my mood first thing in the morning.
