Unprofessional and Poor Customer Service

The most unprofessional team ever. I did a layby with Rochester and I've been trying to cancel it from December. I've called and emailed them numerous times with Marvin stating he is on leave and Dereck not responding to calls and emails. The worst company to work with, very unprofessional with zero customer care.
