Unprofesional Service

I contacted Rochester to repair a lounge chair, resulting in an absolute comedy, from repeatedly having to send proof of purchase and pictures of the chair to various people and then having to repeat the process over and over again, as they sent me from one person to the next.

Eventually they said someone would pick up the chair, which they never did. A month has passed and the chair is still at home and they continue to do nothing.

How they treat customers, makes one wonder, how they stay in business Incompetence and unprofessional service is what they represent.
