Unpaid Refund ( Rochester)

I bought items online in april and had to cancel after delays in delivery ,submitted my refund request in july 22nd and till this day no update as to when my monies will be paid.

I logged 4 complaints with them still not winning , never in my life did. I experience such horrible treatment , my monies for school registration remains with them and I have to endure the pain ..

What a mess!!
