Unhappy with the delivered product

I have bought a couch few weeks ago and then when it was delivered it had torn stitches then I called it in after a week they replaced it with another with the same problem and I had to call it in again I have been waiting for weeks now I think they don't have intentions of sorting this problem out now I'm sitting with a couch that has torn stitches and uneven sponges.

I went to the shop and told them I don't want the couch anymore it's either they give my money back or I chose a different one and they said they will escalate the matter to the warehouse/headquarters but I'm still waiting with no luck of being assisted instead I was called to come to the shop to discuss the matter with the manager.

I bought the couch hoping that next time when I go back to the shop is only to buy another product not to launch a complain and now they want to come and collect the couch with leaving me with a new one but at first they did so, meanwhile they are busy with their assessment what should my family be using???
