Unhappy customer

I bought a casual chair and before 3 months it was damaged then it was collected by people from warehouse, they said it will take 14 days to be fixed this was around January till now I don't have the chair and when I call the store they keep saying they will call me back, still investigating and the boring side is I'm done paying. I'm not happy at all
