Unhappy Customer after 6/7 attempts

I will never recommend this company to anyone - they are full of promises with no results. They also take furniture off the show room floor and deliver as new. The sales person and store manager both don't know whats going on and keep blaming dispatch for the errors without any follow up. They have eventually agreed to a refund but guess what it takes 7-10 working days to give you back your money but immediate on payment. Rochester need to train all their staff and get some procedures in place to give good customer service. Sad for such a big company to have such poor service but that's what happens when there are no proper procedures in place.
